CLASSICAL BALLET OF WNY
Jane O'Connor grew up in Orchard Park, NY and moved to Dallas, TX as a teenager. There, she borded at Krassovska Ballet Jeuness for her last year of high school. Every summer from age 13 she attended summer intensives and was invited to Natalie Krassovska's School in 1978. Krassovska was an original member of Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo.
Jane has been a ballet teacher since 2002 and joined our faculty in 2021. She currently teaches Ballet 1 and Adult Ballet. In addition to teaching, she worked at Sean Patrick's Restaurant for 10 years and was the Restaurant Manager at the Buffalo Marriott. Jane has participated in the Nutcracker for 16 years and has performed several roles.

She has 3 children, including 2 daughters who danced growing up.
In her free time, she loves to travel to Florida and Tropical Islands, gardening, watching the Bills, and going out to restaurants.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for dance students?
A: Try your best in every single class! And always be proud and confident within yourself.

A:​ The Nutcracker! I love Giselle as well.

A: Scuba diving and skiing
